About the event
Our lives are filled with constant distractions, information overload and undue stress. Meditation is the single biggest ongoing practice that has fueled my own personal evolution. It has helped me find and keep my center over and over through every difficulty.
Meditation helps you find more space between thoughts, more power in your choices, and a deeper sense of peace—even in the midst of chaos. It’s not about escaping life, but meeting it with more awareness, strength, and grace.
Many people are intimidated by meditation or feel there not doing it right. I want to help change that. No experience neccesary. I'm here to help!
