Are you facing Truth with Love?

People often tell me how disciplined I am, how honest and how loving. What they are really pointing to is this: I am willing to put the harshest truth in front of my own face and still hold on with love.

If our desired goal is more joy, love and peace in this World,

Then, truth and love must go together. 

When truth exists without love, it becomes cruelty.

When love exists without truth, it becomes avoidance.

This is how I work with myself:

• No excuse.

• No made up stories.

• No BS.

And still, my ego finds ways to deceive me. 

That’s how subtle and cunning it is. 

It doesn’t always shout. 

Sometimes it whispers in language that sounds like wisdom.

This path is not easy. 

It is often uncomfortable. 

But it is the path of growth. 

The path of rising into our highest potential.

And this path is not about me.

If it were, it would just become another performance for the ego. 

This journey is about us, about who we are capable of becoming together.

We live in a world that feels increasingly dark, driven by ruthless ideology and fear. 

Light is not created by pretending everything is fine. 

Light comes from people who are willing to do the inner work and live in truth.

I want you to know how capable you are. 

How great you can be. 

But only if you choose to take the next step.

What is that step?

Slow down and ask yourself this, honestly: 

Is who I’m being, and what I’m doing, my greatest expression on Earth?

In a known universe of over two trillion galaxies, you are here. 

Life has given you a chance to come into expression on this planet.  

In this body, at this time.
