We’re in a values crisis

We are going through a major values crisis.  

We must recognize that there are no inherent values in market forces or technology or government. 

Only humans can embed values into the systems we create and choose to keep. 

Imagine what it would be like if we put the same level of focus, resources and commitment towards solving the largest human challenges of our time such as poverty, homelessness, quality healthcare and climate change as we are currently doing to develop AI. 

Doing so requires a re-alignment of values and priorities towards creating more good in the world.  

Not just creating technology for technology's sake but creating tools and systems that become a vehicle of greater dignity, love, health and joy.   

Today doing ‘good’ is often a side-effect of greed.

As consumers, we must demand a higher level of responsibility from the companies we purchase from.   

As evolved entrepreneurs, we must choose an evolved corporate structure such as a B Corp where the purpose is to create value for all stakeholders—workers, customers, community, environment, and shareholders. A structure where balancing profit is not at odds with positive impact. 

How might that create the beautiful World our heart knows is possible?
