Earth Week Series: Those Who Lead Must Care For All

Those who lead must care for all. A perspective for Earth week.

If we are not the center of life,

then leadership starts to look different.

“Your sovereignty as kings and queens is predicated on your care for the well-being of the whole. You must organize your power according to Life’s way for all of Life. Those who lead cannot be selfish. Those who lead must care for all.” — True Human

We’ve learned to lead by achieving.

Driving outcomes. Moving faster. Getting ahead.

But if we’re honest - much of our leadership,

still comes from a place of control,

and proving our worth.

Shaping things to our will.

Optimizing for narrow goals.

Often without fully seeing the wider impact.

And that’s been normalized.

But if we are not the center of life,

then leadership is not about being at the top.

It’s about what we are responsible for.

Not just results. Not just growth.

But the well-being of the whole.

The people around us.

The systems we’re part of.

The life we are influencing.

It isn’t about becoming perfect.

It’s about becoming more aware.

What is your leadership truly in service of?
